A SPACIOUS DETACHED COTTAGE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF MEVAGISSEY This spacious detached house nestles in an elevated position a few minutes walk from the 14th century fishing village of Mevagissey. Its picturesque harbour and narrow streets with workshops shops cafés and restaurants are a perfect setting for a break at any time of the year to explore in this traditional and friendly village. The cottage has a commanding position with fantastic views over the village coastal and countryside walks are easily reached from here. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: all on the first floor 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with walk-in shower bath double basin and WC. Lounge: on the ground floor TV with Freeview DVD and woodburner effect electric fire. Dining room: with ample seating. Kitchen: reached from the dining room with electric cooker microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and separate WC. Outside: patio area to the front of the property with seating BBQ and far-reaching views. Amenities: private parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Location: beach 1 mile shop and pubs within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
