A short stroll down the hill leads you into St Agnes with its array of shops pubs and restaurants and its popular golden sandy beach that has long been popular with surfers from far and wide within easy reach. The South West Coast Path that runs the whole length of Cornwall s coastline is only a short walk and offers some of the finest walks and picturesque views along the breathtaking coastline. Ideally located a couple of miles off the A30 allows for ease of touring the rest of West Cornwall and its hidden treasures from the remoteness of the Lizard Peninsula with its coves and mining heritage to the popular destinations of St Ives Penzance and Land s End. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin and 1 single all located on the first floor reached via steep cottage style stairs. Shower room: with WC is located on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with electric effect woodburner flatscreen TV DVD Freeview and iPod docking station. Kitchen: with oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed courtyard rear garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Storage area with a small tumble dryer and room for bikes/surfaceboards. Amenities: free car parking available in the village car park just 50 metres from the property. Bed linen electric Wi-Fi and electric heating included. Regret no smoking within the property.
