Ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall there are a wealth of popular attractions within a short drive which include The Eden Project the Tall Ships at Charlestown The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens to name but a few. There is a bus stop nearby and the main bus depot is 1 mile away from there you can take a trip to many Cornish destinations and to Plymouth an ideal choice for those wishing to make use of their free bus pass. The property is also less than 2 miles from the nearest beach. In the evenings there is an abundance of nearby pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes many serving top quality local produce. The area is also well served by golf courses and outdoor leisure facilities. Boat trips are available from nearby Fowey and Mevagissey. The renowned Cornish gardens are alive with colour all year round. Early camellias are often in flower at Christmas and the vibrant Autumn shades last well into November.
