Set in part of the North Riding of Yorkshire the properties are located between Middlesbrough Guisborough and Northallerton a thriving bustling market town full of life and an ideal base for visitors. Explore the nearby moors historical cities and picturesque villages. When it comes to exploring both the Dales and the Moors are at your fingertips offering plenty of opportunities for walking. If it s the coast you are after you are just over 30 minutes away from Saltburn-by-the-Sea a sand and shingle beach backed by sand dunes cliffs and promenade it is also a popular beach for surfing swimming windsurfing sea canoeing and jet skiing. Outside: shared grounds and access to over 100 acres of farmland. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no pets. Location: pub & restaurant 1.5 miles shops 2.5 miles. Arrival: 3pm. The accommodation is a beautifully restored cottage offering THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 1 double and 1 twin both with en-suite showers and WC . On the ground floor 1 twin with en-suite bathroom and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV and DVD. Kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven hob washing machine dishwasher microwave and French doors. Outside: enclosed courtyard with patio and garden furniture. Enclosed garden with swings which is shared with the owners.
