Located in a hamlet of mostly old cottages you will be less than a mile from the fine sandy surfing beach of Trebarwith Strand. You will be within walking distance of some of the best cliff-top walks in the South West with options to explore both north and south. The Camel Trail is also easily accessible and is perfect for cyclists. The towns and villages of Port Isaac Padstow Rock and Tintagel with its Arthurian Legends are well worth and visit and there are other Cornish attractions to suit most tastes include The Eden Project Newquay Sealife Centre Tate Gallery at St Ives Bodmin Moor and much more. In the evenings relax with a glass of wine in the garden or stroll to the local pub. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double bedroom 1 twin bedroom and 1 small bunk bedroom located on ground floor and only suitable for children. Bathroom: step up with bath shower cubicle and WC. Lounge: with slate floor TV DVD and feature granite fireplace with woodburner. Dining room: 3 steps up with slate floor and access to garden. Kitchen: with slate floor cooker fridge/ freezer dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with seating. Amenities: roadside parking is on a quiet road. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach shop and pub all within 1 mile.
