The owner has a small holding with wild ducks sheep horses and keeps bees with natural honey for sale. A truly peaceful setting surrounded by picturesque farmland views and a variety of wildlife with many nearby public footpaths where you may be lucky to catch sight of the abundant birds and wildlife. A 20 minute walk along pavements to the sandy beach at Bacton or a 5 minute drive to Bacton or Walcott for swimming fishing buckets & spades a must for the children. A short drive to pubs serving good food shop fish & chip shop and children s play area. Nearby North Walsham for shopping a little further to Stalham for day boat hire or Cromer with end of pier entertainment esplanade gardens and Lifeboat Museum. East Ruston Vicarage Gardens is a must for all gardening enthusiasts. Nearby Happisburgh with its striped lighthouse and crumbling cliffs is a very attractive village. National Trust properties include Blickling Hall Felbrigg Hall and nature reserves at Hickling and How Hill. Leisure facilities: use of the indoor heated swimming pool also used as a hydrotherapy pool 32ft x 16ft depth 4ft 3 with jet spa area within the pool. Upstairs on the splendid gallery is a quiet area with seating and countryside views. Sun room: with furniture iPod Docking station and underfloor heating. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with Aga dishwasher fridge and microwave/combi oven and underfloor heating. Utility room: with WC freezer and combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden and patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets.
