Located in Scotland s central Highlands on the famous whisky trail lying just 6 miles south of the stunning Moray Firth coastline with the city of Elgin only 2 miles away with its beautiful cathedral array of shops pubs restaurants and train station making this a fantastic base for your holiday. Close by Gordonstoun beautiful sandy beaches of Burghead and Lossiemouth with award winning golf course Forres Brodie Castle Aberlour House Cawdor Castle the beautiful town of Nairn and the famous Aviemore are all within easy reach. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: all on the first floor and with stunning views 1 spacious king-size 1 spacious twin and 1 single. Bathroom: on the ground floor large room with shower over bath and WC. Further WC on first floor. Lounge: overlooking front garden with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV/DVD Freeview hi-fi and ample seating. Kitchen/diner: large well-equipped with Rayburn dishwasher fridge freezer washing machine microwave and lovely countryside views. Utility: with tumble dryer and storage space. Outside: large mature gardens with seating area. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels heating electric and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs by arrangement. Location: beach 5 miles shops 2 miles pub/restaurant 1.5 miles.
