You will be surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside with its rugged coastline offering secluded coves and sheltered cliffs. Popular attractions to suit all tastes include The Eden Project Flambards Theme Park and Newquay Zoo and Sealife Centre and a number of golf courses. The quaint cobbled streets of Truro are a short drive away with a wealth of shops boutiques restaurants cinema and theatre. The traditional seaside town of St Ives is only a 20 minute drive away. Leisure facilities: the property s custom built sauna is on the ground floor. This stunning reverse level property is modern and comfortable equipped to a high standard designed to catch the sun at any time of the day and offers THREE bedrooms all located on the ground floor: 1 king-size with TV sea views en-suite shower and door leading to the decked balcony 1 double with TV sea views and door leading to the decked balcony and 1 twin. Bathroom: located on the ground floor with large bath separate shower and WC. Additional WC situated on the first floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: situated on the first floor spacious open-plan with woodburner (first basket of logs included) Smart flatscreen TV DVD Freeview iPod docking station Nintendo Wii with games and bi-fold doors opening out to the decked area to give far reaching views out to the sea. Kitchen area with electric cooker American style fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Sunroom: leading from the kitchen area with additional seating and sea views. Outside: a spacious raised decked area with seating on the first floor and an additional decked area on the ground floor (children will need to be supervised please). Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric heating and wi-fi included. Additional info: washer/dryer located in downstairs cupboard. Please bring your own beach towels. Regret no smoking. Regret no dogs.
