A large open cobbled patio at the front of the chapel creates an ideal area for the party to enjoy a BBQ and a glass of wine in the sun. Leisure facilities: the chapel gardens also include a decked area with its own hot tub and BBQ area. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within its own extensive grounds close to a nature reserve that offers excellent walks and views over St Ives Bay and Mounts Bay. A footpath down to the beaches provides a great walk if you are feeling energetic approximately 5 miles (or 15 minutes by car). Many fun days can be enjoyed at The Paradise Wildlife Park The Minack Theatre and Flambards Theme Park. Nestled between 2 small Cornish villages and child-friendly pubs serving food are within a few miles. Shared leisure facilities: fantastic shared heated swimming pool covered with a retractable glass enclosure giving the versatility of an indoor and outdoor pool whatever the time of year. There is also a large patio area around the pool with a wooden decked area leading to a Swedish BBQ cabin able to sit 14 plus. Free Mountain bike and kayak hire. Bathroom: situated upstairs with roll-top bath mixer shower attachment and WC. Downstairs is a large shower room with WC and easy access. Lounge/diner: open-plan situated on the ground floor furnished with oak including a large refectory style dining table 2 futons and contemporary woodburner with a complimentary basket of logs you won t be able to resist a night in. Also offers a widescreen 50 3D TV (12 pairs of glasses small returnable deposit) with full HD Sky plus and BT sport. DVD and a large selection of DVDs available on request along with PlayStation and games. Kitchen: reached via double doors well-equipped with electric range cooker large fridge/freezer with ice dishwasher microwave washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: a stunning original methodist arch helps frame the garden a large cobbled area to the front of the chapel with gas BBQ and dining area. Perfect to enjoy a glass of wine.
