Lustleigh has recently been awarded The prettiest village in Devon and with its tea rooms and famous 15th century watering hole all on your doorstep it is easy to see why. This area is a walker s paradise with some of Devon s hidden treasures within easy reach and taking in some of the most breathtaking views across the rugged moor. There are many attractions close by including Bovey Tracey known as The Gateway to the Moor with its shops churches pubs restaurants and outdoor swimming pool and Canonteign Falls reputedly the highest waterfalls in England are close by. The unspoilt South Devon coast between Brixham and Plymouth are easily reached with its glorious beaches are a must when visiting this gorgeous part of the world or simply kick back and relax in your quiet garden. Kitchen/diner: has been extremely well-equipped with integrated oven and hob microwave fridge dishwasher and iPod dock. Outside: accessed from hallway and utility room enclosed private rear garden with ample garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: roadside parking is usually available in front of the property.
