Only 1.5 miles from St Agnes a picturesque village on the North coast of Cornwall with clifftop walks that offer a wonderful route through mine ruins valleys woodland and beaches. The local village just 0.5 miles away retains a traditional friendly Cornish atmosphere with local shops a public house and the well-renowned skateboard park that attracts so many young people. Central to the sights of Cornwall why not follow the coastal road that leads to the beautiful harbour town of St Ives then on to the magical village of Zennor famed for its mermaid to the amazing views at Lands End and perhaps continue on your route to watch a live performance at the open air Minack theatre set high in the cliffs of Porthcurno. The property is situated between a range of attractive popular Cornish beaches or if you prefer you could simply relax on the decked area of the garden and absorb the stunning views of the Cornish countryside. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with en-suite shower and WC 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double downstairs with en-suite wet room and WC. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Downstairs WC. Lounge: with stunning open fireplace TV and DVD. Dining room: conservatory with dining table and views over the garden and open countryside. Kitchen: with cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: south-facing garden with decked area seating and BBQ grassed area and according to harvest times access to a 2.5 acre paddock area. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 1.5 miles shops 0.5 miles and pub within 1 mile.
