PEACEFUL FAMILY HOME CLOSE TO NORTH CORNISH COASTLINE This spacious detached house has many character features including exposed stonework and beams and is situated in a peaceful spot in on the outskirts of Jacobstow close to the beautiful North Cornish coastline. The sandy beach at Crackington Haven perfect for surfing and sunbathing is just over 5 miles. Millock a stoney beach is totally uncommercialised and a stroll down the valley. The whole of Cornwall can be discovered from this base including mythical Tintagel with the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table the fishing villages of Boscastle Port Isaac Rock and Padstow and the surfing resorts of Bude and Newquay which are all within a short drive. Attractions include The Eden Project Crealy Adventure Park Blue Reef Aquarium Jamaica Inn Lanhydrock House and numerous gardens to name a few. There is a good selection of pubs and restaurants in the area to cater for all tastes or enjoy a BBQ and relax in the large garden with spectacular and far reaching country views. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size with TV/DVD and music system en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin. Landing area with shallow step leading to 1 further king-size with TV/DVD and a large room with 2 sets of bunk beds seating area and music system ideal for children. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Shower room: downstairs with WC. Lounge: with TV/DVD and wi-fi available clome oven open fire. Second lounge: with TV computer desk electric piano books games DVD s and CD s. Dining room: seating 6 with feature fireplace and slate floors. Kitchen/diner: seating 6 with large range style electric oven gas hob dishwasher Belfast sink fridge and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and large fridge/freezer. Outside: large enclosed garden patio area with built-in BBQ and garden furniture. Amenities: ample off-road parking for 4 cars. Bed linen towels electric heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: sandy beach at Bude 7 miles shop Post Office and pub 2.5 miles at Wainhouse Corner. Arrival: 4pm.
