STUNNING PROPERTY WITH VIEWS OVER BIDEFORD BAY Located within easy reach of the renowned 2 mile long safe and sandy beach at Westward Ho! this detached residence enjoys panoramic coastal views. You will be less than a 15 minute walk to many amenities including the popular surfing beach championship golf course tennis courts shops pubs and restaurants. Perfect for touring North Devon the market town of Bideford is a 5 minute drive and is home to the Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. Other attractions well worth a visit include Clovelly with its cobbled street The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal RHS Rosemoor Gardens and much more. Walkers will be spoilt with some of Devon s best cliff-top walks from the village as well as Northam Burrows which is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy the views from the balcony with a glass of wine or stroll into the village for a drink and a meal from a choice of venues. The accommodation is arranged over 4 floors with many rooms having lovely views over Westward Ho! towards the sea. Offering FOUR bedrooms: arranged over the 4 floors on the ground floor there is 1 double and 1 twin. 1 double with Juliet balcony and en-suite dressing area leading to shower room with WC on the second floor. 1 further twin room on the third floor. Bathroom: situated on the second floor with shower over bath and WC. Shower room with WC situated on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: situated on the first floor with lovely views TV DVD stereo seating for 8 and patio doors out onto a balcony with views over the bay. The third floor offers a second small lounge area with TV Wii etc. perfect for children leading to the twin room. Kitchen: situated off the lounge/diner on the first floor with cooker fridge dishwasher and microwave. Utility: situated on the ground floor with washing machine and fridge with ice compartment. Outside: balcony with seating off of lounge. Small front patio area and enclosed courtyard patio with seating at rear. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars with further roadside parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach shops and pubs all within a 15 minute stroll.
