Perfect location for people seeking peace and tranquillity whilst offering great opportunities for walkers. The property also benefits from large gardens. Situated on the edge of Exmoor National Park and close to the Somerset border an ideal centre for much to do and explore ranging from shops traditional market towns good pubs riding golf tennis shooting and fishing with other attractions to suit all tastes including Diggerland Wimbleball Reservoir historic Exeter City with its museums leisure facilities restaurants high street shops cinema theatre and much more. Or Tiverton Castle and Canal Grand Western Horseboat Crealy Adventure Park various National Trust properties and gardens. The English Riviera with The Deep and Kents Caverns and a variety of sandy family beaches are also a short drive away to the north and south. Second cosy sitting room with TV DVD Freeview and woodburner. Airy large sun room overlooking the patio area. Dining room: spacious room with large oak table seating ten. Kitchen: large room with double oven and grill five ring gas hob burner microwave food processor dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large garden patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included except from 1 October - 30 April when there is a 30 charge per week payable to the owner on arrival. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 dogs welcome more by arrangement. Additional info: 2 kennels available. Location: pub 1.5 miles shop 5 miles beach 40 minutes. Arrival: 3.30pm.
