The 2 miles of sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 5 minute drive. Horse riding tennis and golf are available and the South West Coast Path offers cliff-top views. Cyclists and ramblers will love the famous disused railway line The Tarka Trail offering off-road traffic free cycling. Inland lies the rugged beauty of Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks. Keen golfers can enjoy championship golf courses at Westward Ho! or Saunton and surfers will love the waves at Westward Ho! Saunton Croyde or Woolacombe. Large open-plan well- equipped with electric double oven hob dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave TV/DVD and Wi-fi connection. Ample dining space for 12 people. Utility area situated on the lower ground floor with washing machine. Door to garden. Outside: large enclosed lawn area with fenced pond garden furniture and BBQ accessed from the private sheltered decked area with hot tub and access to games room. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Towels available for hire. Regret no smoking in the property. 1 dog welcome 2 by arrangement well behaved dogs only. Location: beach 2 miles shops pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
