There is also a bar mini cinema hot food takeaway and family shop which is open at Easter Whitsun summer school holidays and autumn half term. Play facilities: children s play park. Games room: with pool air hockey and video games. This magnificent Victorian manor house sits in an elevated position and offers spacious and inviting accommodation with SEVEN bedrooms: situated on the ground floor 1 twin bedroom with additional bunk beds. Situated on the first floor 1 master double with en-suite shower bath with handheld shower and bidet separate WC and dressing area 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC 1 twin with en-suite shower room and WC 1 family room with double bed 2 singles and en-suite shower room with WC 1 further double with handbasin and 1 twin with handbasin. Bathroom: with WC on the first floor. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. Lounge: on the ground floor large area with TV DVD and Freeview situated in the middle of the house leading through to a light and spacious conservatory with fantastic views and comfortable seating. Dining room: large and has seating for 18 people to enjoy a celebratory feast and has adjoining double doors to the cosy drawing room with woodburner. Kitchen: well-equipped with a Rangemaster gas range electric oven fridge American style fridge/freezer drinks fridge microwave dishwasher washer/dryer and TV. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Limited Wi-Fi available on site payable at reception. Location: Millendreath beach 1.7 miles shop and pub approximately 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm. Set within 55 acres of rolling countryside well away from roads yet a short distance from the beautiful south coast and traditional fishing ports of Looe and Polperro. Complimented by a range of accommodation including courtyard cottages and a rural touring caravan and camping park. Located in the ideal place to spend a quiet and relaxing out of season break or a fun filled family high season holiday. Sit and enjoy the views of the sea and Looe Island from the sun terrace.
