Equipped and finished to a very high standard this superb period property 200 yards from a sandy beach and estuary with quayside pubs and restaurants is situated in one of Devon s most prestigious locations and benefits from stunning river views. The North Devon Yacht Club is opposite allowing you to watch the boats come and go from your lounge window. Within a short drive is a wealth of popular safe sandy beaches and attractions to suit all ages. Take a riverside walk to the market town of Bideford with a choice of shops and pubs pannier market and open-air markets. North Devon s coastline is never far away and Westward Ho! beach is 5 minutes drive offering 2 miles of golden sands popular with bathers and surfers. Horse riding and tennis are available and the South West Coast Path offers breathtaking cliff-top views. Cyclists and ramblers will love the famous disused railway line The Tarka Trail which is 10 yards from the property. Explore the rugged beauty of Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks. Keen golfers can enjoy the nearby championship golf courses at Westward Ho! and Saunton. Attractions include: The Milky Way The Big Sheep Superbowl and leisure centre for the children Tapeley Park Dartington Crystal Arlington Court and RHS Rosemoor for the adults. On the second floor 1 king-size with additional single and en-suite with bath separate shower and WC. 1 twin bedroom and 1 double with additional single next to shower room. On the third floor: 1 twin and 1 single both next to shower room. Bathroom: with bath and WC on the second floor. Shower rooms with WC on the second and third floors. Separate WC on half landing between the ground floor and first floor. Lounge: situated on the ground floor seating 8 with 40 TV/DVD and Wii games console and Xbox. Further lounge on the first floor seating 15 40 TV/DVD with full Sky package including Sky sports. Balcony enjoying breathtaking views across the River Torridge and the estuary. Kitchen: on the ground floor well-equipped with a double oven range and a separate single oven American style fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave separate built in freezer and seating for 16 with river views. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: fully enclosed garden comprising of lawn patio and raised decked area with BBQ facilities ideal for breakfast and evening drinks.
