Situated in a particularly scenic area of Mid-Wales on the banks of the River Bechan and with views of St Beauno s Church on one side and two ornamental lakes on the other you will be well-placed to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The ancient market towns of Welshpool and Ludlow are nearby and offer a selection of shops restaurants a theatre cinema and leisure centre. Powys Castle and Gardens and Montgomery Canal are only 9 miles away and the Snowdonia National Park and coast are all within an hour s drive. Other attractions within easy reach include the West Midlands Shooting Ground Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway Chirk Castle and Gregynog Hall. Leisure facilities: shared hot-tub and sauna on site available for guests to use. Pretty lake-side setting with garden furniture available for guests to enjoy and perfect for a picnic. Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 2 dogs welcome. On the ground floor 2 twins with en-suite bathroom with shower and WC which are connected via the external main entrance porch. Lounge/diner: spacious room with oak beams open fireplace and TV/DVD. Kitchen: large country style kitchen with gas oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Outside: private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ directly outside the property and access to large shared courtyard with fountain and raised lawns on the edge of this.
