The bungalow backs onto open ground with footpaths leading through sand dunes to the magnificent surf washed sands of Croyde Bay. The attractive entrance hall leads into a good sized open plan living area with comfortable seating, dining area and a high quality kitchen. A spacious conservatory provides additional comfy seating and leads onto the large decked area with ample garden furniture for alfresco dining. The three bedrooms are stylishly decorated and overlook the garden. This carefully designed bungalow also provides an outdoor shower, a covered storage area for surfboards and bicycles and a games room with table football and a selection of games. Being close to the centre of the very popular village of Croyde the accommodation is just a level stroll to a choice of pubs, restaurants and small individual shops. Whether you want to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday or wish to experience more invigorating pursuits including coastal walking, horse riding or cycling this is an ideal property for families and groups of friends all year round.

Bedroom 2 with Twin zip 'n' link beds that convert into a super king on request. Bedroom 3 with Single. Family bathroom with WC, basin and fitted shower over bath.
