Stylishly converted, with the living space on the first floor to take advantage of the view Ash Barn is a peaceful haven, yet only a short walk from the many shops, pubs and restaurants in the village centre. The beautifully presented dual aspect living room has a log burning stove and patio doors onto a large sunny balcony, a perfect spot to relax with a drink or al fresco meal. The immaculate fitted dining kitchen is light and bright, with triple aspect windows giving a panoramic view over the valley and fields to the sea in the distance. The family bathroom is also on this level and is a good size with a separate corner shower cubicle. On the ground floor are three attractive bedrooms, the double having French doors opening onto the pebbled courtyard, and a separate shower room. The gravelled patio style garden is completely enclosed and the large integral garage provides ample storage space for bikes, surfboards, walking or beach equipment. Ash Barn is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends wishing to be within a short drive of the wonderful beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe. Travel a little further to the rugged coastline around Ilfracombe or enjoy the beauty of Exmoor National Park. However you fill your days this lovely property offers a warm welcome home.

First floor: Living room with wood burning stove, HD TV, satellite Freeview, Blu-Ray DVD and stereo. Kitchen with range style gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and TV. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the garage. Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin.
