The lovely Georgian town of Holt has a charm and character all of its own and boasts a selection of interesting shops, including many antique shops, as well as good restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. On the edge of the town the Green Flag awarded Holt Country Park, has over 100 acres of woodland to discover with many organised events and there is also excellent bird watching in the area. The coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley are just four miles away with the sandy beach at Sheringham a further two miles.

Avocets is situated in a quiet residential area on the eastern side of the market town of Holt and backs onto the woodland of Holt Country Park, giving you access to some fantastic walks and wildlife on the doorstep.
