Immaculately presented with a contemporary edge, this lovely detached bungalow is equipped to a high standard and conveniently located in a quiet cul de sac within easy strolling distance of the wonderful soft sandy beach and picturesque village of Croyde. The light and bright open plan living room has wooden flooring throughout and offers comfy leather sofas and flat screen TV. Fully fitted with white gloss units complemented by granite work surfaces, the well equipped kitchen has a dining area with large patio doors out onto the pretty rear patio and mature garden. Fully enclosed and with a barbecue and wooden garden furniture provided, this is an excellent spot for al fresco dining. The two bedrooms are attractively presented with crisp linen, the double having its own ensuite bathroom and the twin being served by a separate spacious family shower room. For guests who enjoy the many water sports this area has to offer there is a convenient outside shower available in frost free months, and ample storage for surfboards and wetsuits. The stunning coastal paths offer keen walkers a wonderful experience in this area of outstanding natural beauty, or simply relax, unwind and enjoy the comfort of Bamboo.

Kitchen / dining area with range style 5 burner gas hob and electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 with King with ensuite bathroom with bath with fitted shower over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Separate Shower room with WC and basin.

Short breaks available. 3pm arrival time Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
