There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range adjacent to the property while just 1 mile away there is fishing, and a leisure centre with indoor pool and a cinema.Shop. Pub. Restaurant 1 mile. Beach 18 miles. GF: utility room with basin, 2 doubles all with ensuite shower rooms, bathroom with shower over bath. FF: lounge/kitchen/diner, double with ensuite bathroom (shower over bath).Electricity and oil central heating included, wood burner with starter pack, linen and towels included, travel cot, high chair, stair gate, TV, music centre, dvd player, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, internet access, hairdryer, uk tv channels, welcome pack, fully enclosed garden, patio area, garden furniture, bbq, bicycles available at cost.
