Bay dreams become a reality at this lovely one bedroom apartment, located just a short stroll from the beach and village centre of Woolacombe. Pack up your bags and leave your cares behind as you enter this homely, stylish and well equipped first floor apartment. Once inside the apartment is on one level and totally private, having laminate flooring throughout in the main open plan living area. The large bedroom with a King size iron bed is to the rear of the apartment. A separate shower room with a large double shower complement the excellent facilities. Double patio doors provide access from the living area onto the balcony which extends the length of the apartment and has fine sea views which include the National Trust headland. A perfect base ideally suited to couples for year round holidays and breaks.

Accommodation: Stairs to First floor: Hall. Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with TV with freesat, DVD and stereo. Kitchen area with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 with King and TV. Shower room with double shower, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. No cot provided, please bring your own travel cot. Patio furniture. No Smoking. Regret no pets. Private parking at the front for 1 car with additional parking at the rear. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
