Patio doors open onto the fully enclosed garden, ideal for children and pets and the modern kitchen/ dining room also has a door out onto the garden. There is a convenient ground floor twin bedroom and cloakroom off the hallway and upstairs you will find two further attractive bedrooms and modern bathroom, the double room enjoying distant sea views. Westward Ho! Is a paradise for surfers, windsurfers or golfers, with the North Devon golf club overlooking beautiful Northam Burrows welcoming all players. For walkers or cyclists who enjoy the South West Coastal path or just for a fun filled family holiday Beggars Roost is a great choice.
