Internally it is presented to a very high standard with comfort central to its appeal. The cottage, which has great walks from the door, is less than 5 mins from Bourton on the Water and is an ideal base for enjoying the many National Trust gardens and properties. A gorgeous cottage!ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to spacious, open plan living / dining / kitchen area.Living Room with large sofa and armchair, plus flatscreen TV with Freeview plus built in DVD player. Books and some games.Dining Area with table and four chairs.Kitchen, brand new, with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with separate freezer compartment.UpstairsBedroom One with standard double bed, wardrobe area with hanging and shelving.Bathroom with large walk in shower, WC and washbasin.OutsideTo the front of the property is an elevated terrace area, which when we inspected was enjoying late afternoon sunshine. One Pet Welcome. No Smokers. Central Heating & Electricity included. Off street parking. Please note: no cot or hi chair supplied. High season Saturday changeover, out of season any day considered.
