South Walsham is an excellent base within a conservation area at the centre of The Norfolk Broads. The village is home to The Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden, which comprises 180 acres of beautiful ancient woodland, water gardens and a private broad. It is a superb location for ornithologists and walkers with its many nature trails. It is also only thirty minutes from the sandy beaches of Sea Palling and Winterton and the fine city of Norwich.

This lovely property in the centre of the Broads can be booked for parties of 4 to 6 people at reduced rates, using the ground floor accommodation only. Please see full details below.

Also Provided: Towels. Beach Towels. Selection of books and games. TVs to all bedrooms. Mobility equipment is available on request and includes a shower stool, raised toilet seat and frame, please request on booking.
Special Offers: Price reduction for four/six people £430 Band A and £529 Band B seven nights and £324 Band A and £396 Band B three nights. Ground Floor accommodation only.
Notes: A Housekeeping deposit of £200 is payable to Norfolk Country Cottages two weeks before the start of your holiday.
