The ground floor accommodation has one double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with compact kitchen, then a step up to the airy sitting/dining area. Outside, there is a shared enclosed lawned garden, and off road parking. The area has attractions including the Red Kite Museum, the Welsh Gold Centre, excellent walking and cycling, and it is just a short drive to Aberaeron or Aberystwyth, making Bro Aeron Cottage a superb base for couples and walkers alike.
