The house is spacious inside ideal for a large group with two lounge rooms and a separate reading room. It also enjoys a large garden to the front and a patio area and dining space to the rear. There is a great local pub 300 meters away on the edge of the village. The local River Boyle is noted for trout fishing, the lakes are popular for pike fishing. Lough Key Forest Park is a great family day with its interactive game set.Shop 2 miles. Pub 500 yards. Restaurant 2 miles. Beach 24½ miles. Lakeside 1 mile. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, 2nd lounge, w.c., reading room. FF: 3 doubles, double with single with ensuite shower room, single, bathroom.Electricity included , €20 of oil included and then a meter read for anything extra., open fire with starter pack, linen and towels included, electric fire, travel cot, high chair, TV, dvd player, CD, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, internet access, partially enclosed garden, patio furniture, private off road parking. Sorry no pets.
