With extensive views over peaceful countryside towards St Ives Bay, this newly renovated single storey barn conversion is the middle one of three, offering light and airy, comfortable accommodation all on the one level.

Entered from the spacious parking area, the wide front door leads directly into a bright open plan living room with a quarry tiled floor and underfloor central heating. There is a newly fitted modern kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable leather three piece suite, all with lovely views of the sea and coastline in the distance. From here, double glazed French Windows open to a small paved patio with views across the surrounding unspoilt countryside towards the cliffs at Hells Mouth.

An inner hallway in one corner of the lounge gives access to a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath and two pleasantly furnished bedrooms which have a double and twin beds respectively. There is a shared lawn and barbecue area, which has stock proof fencing separating it from the adjacent fields. There are no steps internally in the property making it suitable for a family with an elderly relative.

Please note: Towels available at £3 per person, per week payable on arrival.
