Dating back to 1790, Daffodil Cottage is a delightful semi detached period home in a tranquil location that overlooks farmland on the edge of the small village of Sutton. This quaint cottage retains plenty of original character features including flagstone floors and some exposed stone walls in the sitting room. The comfortable accommodation includes three bedrooms, an attractive conservatory, and a third of an acre of beautiful gardens. The cottage is a great base from which to explore the surrounding area including the Abbey and music festival at Glastonbury; the shops at Street; Wells Cathedral; Cheddar Gorge; Wookey Hole, and many wonderful countryside walks.

Oil central heating with open fire in sitting room. Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs, DVD, WiFi, music system, library of books. Oil & power inc. in rent. Fuel for fire available to purchase locally (in winter months a wood bundle will be provided). Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Third of an acre lawned garden with pond & patio (accessed by steps) with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 0.
