This cosy chalet is located in the owners grounds, within walking distance of Duncannon seaside village, an hours drive from Rosslare Harbour. Duncannon is a wonderful spot with a long sandy beach, children's playground, basketball court and a couple of pubs and restaurants. This makes it the ideal base at any time of year. The chalet is perfect for a small family with an open plan design and cosy bedrooms. The area offers much to see and do in the neighbouring towns of Waterford, New Ross and Wexford. The annual sand sculpting festival takes place here in August.Shop. Pub 1 mile. Restaurant. Beach 300 yards. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, double, 2 twins, playroom, shower room.Electricity and oil central heating included, wood burner with starter pack, linen and towels included, travel cot, high chair, TV, dvd player, CD, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, babysitting on request, internet access, partially enclosed garden, garden furniture, locked shed available for storage, shared driveway, off road parking.
