Situated on the owner’s mixed livestock and arable farm at the edge of the small rural Nottinghamshire village of Askham, is this superb detached brick barn conversion. Well-equipped and spacious, this single storey property offers an open plan living area which tastefully respects the property’s period features, as well as natural slate flooring with underfloor heating, traditional country furnishings, exposed oak cross beams and a stable-style door. To the front of the property is a lawned area and a slightly raised sitting area with table and chairs.

Gas underfloor heating with electric stove in sitting area & radiators. Electric oven & hob, fridge, TV, DVD, radio/CD player, WiFi, library of books. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Grassed area with furniture. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Stabling for one horse at £10 per night inc. hay & straw. Shop 4 miles, pub 5 mins walk.
