This wonderful semi-detached, stone-built barn conversion is set in an acre of grounds next to the owner's farmhouse just two miles from the town of Harlech – a World Heritage Listed Site. Of the four bedrooms two are en suite, and with a spacious open-plan living area and well-equipped kitchen, this property offers a high standard of accommodation. Outside, there are wonderful views of the castle and Snowdonia Mountain Range from the garden, making it a spectacular place for al fresco dining. The surrounding area also offers some of the most picturesque walks in the UK.

Rangemaster electric cooker with double oven, grill & 6 ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (basic satellite package), DVD, small book library, some children's games. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lockable bike storage. Large lawned garden with gravel sitting area, furniture, chiminea & BBQ. Sorry, no pets & no smoking.
