Gleed Cottage is a very cosy holiday cottage set in the heart of the divine village of Naunton, itself located just 8 mins from the market town of Stow on the Wold. The cottage has a wonderfully warm and welcoming feel throughout, particularly the ground floor where there is a large inglenook fireplace with wood burner, flagstone floor and beams. The cottage is located in a very quiet spot, at the end of a traditional terrace of cottages and set back from the main village lane. There is a small yet private south facing garden with table and chairs. The village is one of the Cotswold's finest with some classic buildings and houses, a very popular village pub and some superb walks from your front door. This is THE quintessential cottage for two to four people and just perfect for a rural getaway!ACCOMMODATIONLiving Room, classical feel with flagstone floor, wood burning stove inside an inglenook fireplace, two sofas, flatscreen TV and DVD player. The front door leads to the enclosed garden area.Kitchen, galley style and well equipped, with electric hob, oven and grill, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher. (Please note that the owner who lives in the village is happy to offer laundry facilities if required). There are a few steps down to the living area where there is a table and four chairs. First FloorBedroom One with two single beds, chest of drawers and dressing table. Bathroom with bath, electric shower over, WC and WashbasinSecond FloorBedroom Two, a spacious room with double bed (5 ft) hanging rail and chests of drawers. OutsideTo the front of the cottage is a sweet garden area, with table and chairs. The cottage is set back from the lane and is accessed via a little path! Very Cotswolds! Pets Welcome. On street parking on lane, very close to the cottage. Heating & Elec included.
