Harbour Heights is a superb ground floor apartment sitting in an elevated position and enjoying extensive views over the picturesque harbour, Hillsborough, Lantern Hill and out to sea as far as the distant Welsh Coast. Recently renovated to a high standard the modern day contemporary style blends beautifully with the charm and elegance of this lovely Victorian Terrace. In a popular open plan style the spacious living / dining area has huge windows to enjoy the wonderful view. Comfy leather sofas complement the oak style flooring and high gloss modern kitchen which is extremely well equipped with everything you could need. The two bedrooms are stylishly presented and share a pristine modern shower room. Being on the ground floor has the advantage of a small rear courtyard and an allocated parking space is available directly in front. Harbour Heights is within a short walk of Ilfracombe's town centre and harbour area, which has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Stunning coastal walks, boat trips from the pier, the popular Tunnels Beaches and seeing a show at the fabulous Landmark theatre are just a few ideas of how to spend your time, if you can tear yourself away from this lovely holiday home.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Open plan living / dining / kitchen with TV with Freeview and DVD, kitchen area with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Washer/dryer is housed in a fitted cupboard in the hall. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Shower room with large shower cubicle, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. No smoking. 2 pets welcome. 1 allocated parking space. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
