There is also a ground floor bathroom with whirlpool bath, an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a 2nd sitting room with open fire and an external utility. Outside, there is a front sloping lawned garden and a rear lawned garden. Hillcrest is ideal for families and groups of friends who wish to explore this wonderful area.
