Warmed in the cooler months by central heating and open fires.Within;-Accommodation made up of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom/shower rooms; separate shower room on ground floor-Dining room with French doors opening onto patio; modern well-equipped kitchen-Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna; Games room with additional sofa bed-Lawns to the front with plenty of space for children to play freely- Additional accommodation available for up to ten peoplePerfect for:Two families, mixed couples, outdoor enthusiasts and fishing groups wanting to enjoy a rural holiday exploring the beautiful landscape.Please note: The swimming pool temperature is set between 26 29 degrees centigrade, and this will dip if the guidelines on replacing the cover whilst not in use are not kept. Solid fuel for the fire is not included within the rental, but can be purchased at the village store, half a mile from the house.
