Comfortable, accommodation over two floors , decor is modern whilst retaining its charm with original stone walls. Wonderful stone tiled floors throughout except the bedrooms which are carpeted. Warmed by under-floor and central heating. Within; -Stunning, vast open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and cosy lounge area -Secondary sitting room and a further TV room/playroom -Accommodation is made up of 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (including 2 spa baths) -Communal indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court and games room -Hot tub available on request Perfect for: Family holidays, mixed couples, fishing and walking groups and outdoor enthusiasts wanting to explore this beautiful part of Scotland Please note: Additional accommodation available Whilst bookings in the summer months are generally Saturday to Saturday, the rest of the year is FRIDAY to FRIDAY, or by arrangement If you wish to book the hot tub, you will need to notify the owner at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival at the property, when the price will be confirmed, and payment can be made direct, during the stay. Pet charges apply
