This cottage is set mostly over the first floor and offers a ground floor entrance hallway with cloakroom with basin and WC, a first floor bedroom with en-suite shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking, shared use of a lawned garden with furniture and a front sitting area in a courtyard. Howard's Barn is an ideal retreat for walkers, cyclists, or those that wish to explore the towns of Kirkby Lonsdale and Kendal.
