Just eight miles from Buxton and set within the heart to the village of Combs is this delightful property – a wing of the owner's 19th Century stone-built farmhouse. The farm on which the property is set is still a working one, and the cottage provides bright and sunny accommodation whilst still retaining many original features that add to its character including a stone floored kitchen and an inviting open fire. With views across the rolling hillside and a pretty, well established garden, this property is ideal for either a small family or two couples looking to enjoy the picturesque beauty of the Peak District.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 3 x TVs, DVD, radio, CD player. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shared garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 mins walk.
