Kelly Cottage is a lovely, semi-detached cottage in the village of Riverchapel, on the fringes of coastal Courtown, County Wexford. With four comfortable bedrooms, two doubles (one with en-suite), a twin and a bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC, this cottage can sleep nine. This cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, seating 6 and a sitting room, seating 5 with open fire. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars, while the lawned garden has a decked area and furniture. With the beach and shops close by, this cottage is great all year round.

Electric oven, 5 burner gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 32” TV with basic Sky package, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, selection of DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear lawned garden with decked area and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 10 mins walk.
