Crossways Court is a small and select individual development finished to a high standard with excellent facilities. In a wonderful location on The Esplanade, centrally positioned with a good choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and Woolacombe's three mile stretch of golden sands just a short stroll away. Opposite Combesgate Beach they are in the perfect location to explore the coastline with quick access to the coastal path. Crossways Court is accessed by steps at the front of the building. All have one private allocated parking space with three additional visitor spaces when available.

With uninterrupted views out to sea as far as Lundy Island and along the coastline, this lovely home is in an excellent location. The main living area has been carefully divided to make the most of the two large bay windows overlooking the beach and sea, with comfortable seating and dining table strategically placed to enjoy the splendid views. A separate, modern and well equipped kitchen with an additional small table for breakfast is to the rear and there is also a convenient ground floor cloakroom. Three attractive and comfortable bedrooms are on the first floor, two having ensuite facilities and excellent sea views and the third served by a separate family bathroom. There is a communal area to the rear with direct access onto National Trust land, and a good sized southwest facing patio to the front enjoying superb sea views.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living/dining room with TV with Freesat, DVD and video. Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Cloakroom WC with basin. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin, zip 'n' link to King on request, ensuite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with Bunks. Bathroom with bath and mixer handset over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Private parking. Regret no pets. No smoking. Telephone for incoming and emergency calls. Patio furniture. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
