With four bedrooms, including one double with basin and WC, a further double which can be made into a twin on request, a ground floor double and a ground floor single, this cottage can sleep seven people. The cottage also includes a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with open fire and a conservatory. outside is ample off road parking, a rear lawned garden with furniture and a side patio. Languagh is a delightful cottage, offering friends a families a tranquil base to explore the history and outdoor activities of the beautiful Scottish Borders.
