There are three spacious and comfortable bedrooms; one twin, accessed by a loft ladder, perfect for children wanting an exciting hideaway, a double on the ground floor and a further single bedroom on the ground floor. The open plan living area has a fitted kitchen, dining and sitting area with doors to a veranda with furniture and a shared gravel area. This is an unusual property in a great location ready to take advantage of the diverse opportunities in this part of Scotland.

Oil central heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, stereo/CD. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private veranda with furniture, shared gravelled area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £10 per dog per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 1.5 miles. Note: Due to its locality this property does not have wheelchair access. Note: Property accessed via 5 steps.
