A charming family home accommodating up to 23 over three floors making this a great venue for a large group. Well-appointed reception rooms and bedrooms furnished with family antiques and portraits. Good ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. Warmed in the cooler months by oil central heating and open fires. Within; -Large dining hall with dining table comfortably seating 24 adults -Elegant drawing room with open fire and grand piano and an additional sitting room provide plenty of separate space for adults and children -Accommodation is made up of 12 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms (some with roll top baths) -Spacious well-equipped kitchen with aga and breakfast area -Large reception room on the first floor ideal for hosting events -Snooker room with full size billiard table -Plenty of outdoor space for children to play freely Perfect for: Family gatherings, occasions and small weddings, mixed couples, and golfing groups looking for a large rural house close to Inverness. Please note: The central heating is currently wood burning and is refilled three times a day. However the boiler is accessed from outside the house so does not intrude.Pet charges apply.
