Spacious reception rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms sleeping up to 14 adults and 4 children over three floors. Good ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms. Warmed throughout by central and under floor, heating hot water provided by underground geothermal pipes. Within; -wonderful, light, open plan kitchen diner with living space -accommodation made up of 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (including bunk bedroom for four children; one four poster bed and a sleigh bed; TVs in all bedrooms) -Large drawing room and separate dining room with dining table seating up to 18 -Games room with snooker table -Hot tub available and an outdoor heated swimming pool in the courtyard -Plenty of outdoor open space Perfect for: Several families or family gatherings, mixed couples, outdoor enthusiasts and walking groups looking for luxury accommodation close to Edinburgh and Glasgow Please note: The time of arrival is at the later time of 5pm, whilst time of departure remains at 10am. A sofa-bed can be made up in the games room (with access to shower next door) for a person with limited mobility This property does not allow single sex groups, unless by prior arrangement. Swimming pool charge applicable, September through March, 100 per weekend 150 per week. Four wheel drive vehicles advised The caretaker resides in a flat to the rear of the building.
