Middle Barn is a quality detached barn conversion set a mile from the town of Launceston, on the Devon/Cornwall border. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with large patio doors onto the attractive terraced garden outside. There is off road parking for two cars. With the north coast beaches an easy drive, as well as NT Lydford Gorge, Bodmin Moor, Dartmoor and the Eden Project all within easy reach, Middle Barn makes a wonderful romantic retreat, all year round.

Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed lawned garden to front and rear with garden furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles.
