This quaint 200 year old cottage, hidden away down a tree-lined driveway, offers a very peaceful base for touring the beautiful coastline and rolling countryside of Wexford. Its traditional features include thick stone walls, stone floors, and interconnecting rooms. ( the steep open tread staircase is unsuitable for infirm). Set amongst 45 acres of forest yet only 5 miles from Wexford Town, the vibrant regional centre with its interesting mix of shops and restaurants. (Property 4397 is next door ideal for a couple).Shop. Pub 2 miles. Restaurant 3 miles. Sandy Beach 10 miles. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner. FF: 2 doubles, twin, shower room.Electricity included , oil by meter read, wood burner (no fuel supplied), linen and towels included, travel cot, high chair, stair gate, TV, video, dvd player, CD, freezer, microwave, shared w/machine, shared dryer, hairdryer, electric blankets, alarm clock, uk tv channels, partially enclosed shared garden, garden furniture, shared bbq, shared driveway, off road parking. Sorry no pets.
