In a really great location just a short stroll from the pretty harbour area, Landmark Theatre, Tunnels Beaches and a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants everything for a wonderful holiday is close by. Forming part of a striking Victorian Terrace, a few steps lead up to the front entrance of this ground floor apartment. The spacious comfortable living room with huge bay windows looks out over a fabulous vista of ocean, with frequent fishing boats or the graceful M.S. Oldenburg, on its way to Lundy Island, passing by. For out of season breaks the waves crashing onto the rocks below is a truly spectacular sight. One of the comfy sofas can be converted to a bed if required, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The kitchen sits at the front of the property, well equipped and with large dining table for leisurely family meals. Being on two floors, stairs lead down to the two bedrooms. This lower ground floor is level with the rear communal terrace which stretches right to the water's edge and can be accessed via an external pathway to the side of the building. The master bedroom enjoys those amazing sea views and both are served by a modern pristine bathroom. Perfect for couples or families, Ocean Side is a welcoming comfortable holiday home and an ideal base from which to explore this wonderful part of North Devon.

Accommodation: Steps up to Ground floor: Hall. Living room with 42" Plasma TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo CD player and sofa bed, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Lower ground floor Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. Telephone for incoming and emergency calls only.(Telephone and Wi-Fi not available for 2013) No smoking.1 pet welcome. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Complimentary parking permit provided for local car parks. On street parking may also be available with limitations in peak times. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
